CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

Hussainy Solutions operates the Hisab 360 / Accounting 360 software platform accessible at hussainysolutions.co.in/datamanagementsystem. This policy governs all subscription payments made for access to our software services (collectively, the "Service"). By making a payment, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & PRICING

We offer the following subscription plans:

Hisab 360 — Standard (for regular business users):
  • Monthly Plan: ₹50 per month
  • Annual Plan: ₹500 per year
  • Free Trial: First 3 months free from registration date

Hisab 360 — Credit Society Plan:
  • Monthly Plan: ₹200 per month
  • Annual Plan: ₹2000 per year

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Upon successful payment, your subscription access period is extended accordingly.

3. FREE TRIAL

All new users receive a 3-month free trial starting from the date of account registration. No payment information is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, access to the Service will be restricted until a subscription plan is purchased. No automatic charges are made — you choose to pay only when you wish to continue.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid subscription period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the expiry date already paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in an active subscription period unless the cancellation qualifies under the refund conditions below.

5. REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refund:

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
  1. Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
  2. You have not actively used the Service (no bills created, no data entered) after the payment date.
  3. The request is made via WhatsApp or email with your registered User ID and payment details.

Non-Refundable Situations:
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of payment.
  • Subscriptions where the Service has been actively used after payment.
  • Payments made for plan upgrades or renewals where service access has been granted.
  • Cases where account suspension or termination occurred due to violation of our Terms of Use.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once a refund request is approved by our team:
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.

Please note that the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. DELIVERY OF SERVICE

Hussainy Solutions provides a digital software service (SaaS). There are no physical goods or shipments involved. Upon successful payment:
  • Your subscription expiry date is extended immediately and automatically.
  • Access to all features of your plan is activated within seconds of payment confirmation.
  • A payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address.
